I have returned my order, when will I receive my money back?
You have returned an item and you are waiting for the refund.
The processing of a return can take up to 14 days depending on the payment method. Even if the tracking link indicates that your return has already been received by us, we may need this time to process your return.
When your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the payment details known to us. If you paid for your order by bank transfer, you can normally expect your refund to your bank account within 5 working days. For credit card payments, this can take up to 14 days.

My order has been canceled but already paid for, what now?
Has your order been cancelled, but has the amount already been debited from your account? The amount will then be automatically refunded to the account used for payment.
If you have chosen credit card as payment method, the amount has not yet been debited from your account. The reservation on your credit card has been cancelled.

Haven't received your purchase amount yet?
If you have not yet received the purchase amount, first check your bank account again. Please contact your credit card company if applicable, as it may take a while before your purchase amount is refunded. Then contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before your purchase amount is refunded.

Always make sure that you fill in all the correct information during your application. So, fill in your full name, official residential address and your correct date of birth, phone number and email address. For example, do not use a fake phone number, incorrect date of birth or someone else's home address. There is a good chance that your application will be rejected.

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are free for orders above €50. For orders under €50, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.

We charge €10 shipping costs for orders under €100 to other countries within the EU. Orders above €100 are shipped for free. More information can be found here. All orders are sent with a track & trace code and are therefore traceable.
