Free Returns

We think it is important that the products you buy also meet all your expectations. If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, for whatever reason, you can return it within the 14 days return period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it (of course you can try it on). 
First register your return via retour@leondavid.com.
Returning items is free of charge and the return label will be created for you.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item.
Once everything is in order, your return will be processed and the purchase amount will be transferred to your account within a few days depending on the payment method. 

Return conditions:
  • Returns are only accepted within the return term, which is 14 days.
  • Returns are free of charge. Kindly contact us at Retour@leondavid.com to get your return label issued.
  • Only registered returns will be processed.
  • Returns and exchange in our office (Only on appointment) is free of charge.
  • We only handle return shipments that are in their original state, including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be rejected and sent back.
  • Paid for delivery fees? If you are returning all items ordered, you will also be reimbursed for the delivery fees.
  • Is there something wrong with your order? We will fix this for you as quickly as possible! Please contact us at info@leondavid.com or via WhatsApp on +31 (0) 6 81 18 30 91  and kindly mention name, address, order number and the items concerned. 

Our jewelry is exclusively sterling silver. Genuine silver jewelery weighing more than 8 grams must always be provided with a hallmark in the Netherlands. All our jewelry, if heavier than 8 grams, is therefore also provided with a hallmark. More information on this subject can be found here.

Always make sure that you fill in all the correct information during your application. So, fill in your full name, official residential address and your correct date of birth, phone number and email address. For example, do not use a fake phone number, incorrect date of birth or someone else's home address. There is a good chance that your application will be rejected.

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are free for orders above €50. For orders under €50, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.

We charge €10 shipping costs for orders under €100 to other countries within the EU. Orders above €100 are shipped for free. More information can be found here. All orders are sent with a track & trace code and are therefore traceable.
